We want you to love your custom snowglobe or fluid cup! Please note that custom orders are made to order and cannot be altered once production begins, so please double-check your design choices—especially for wraps and glitter—before confirming your order.

If we experience any delays in production, we will contact you directly to give you the option to either wait or select an alternate style that’s in stock.

Please review your item carefully: Once the product has been used or damaged after delivery, we cannot offer a refund or replacement unless a new item is purchased. This also applies to children's snowglobes—please ensure your child can handle the cup properly to avoid breakage.

Damaged in Transit? If your tumbler arrives broken, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement. Please take a photo of the damaged item while it's still in the box, and contact us at sparklefairyco@gmail.com with photos for assessment.

Glass Tumblers & Mugs: Our glass cups are not intended for boiling or extremely hot liquids. Using them for hot drinks may cause the glass to crack or weaken over time. Please use caution and test at your own discretion.
